Governor Togiola Tulafono is presented with a $3 million check from StarKist Samoa General Manager Brett Butler as the company's annual tax payment, while Human Resources Manager Solaatoa Melila Purcell looks on. Gov. Togiola expressd his sincere thanks to StarKist Samoa and parent company Del Monte for the continued support to the American Samoa and for providing the many jobs on island.
