The full report version, including 38 pages of pictures, contained herein is further compressed from the CD version (94MB) but is still about 57MB in size.

The appendicies are made up of scanned documents so that most pages are image files making the total file size 58MB on the CD version.  We have compressed the file to bring it down to 28MB.
