The Office of the Secretary and the Office of the Governor provided Notary Public courses for all those who were interested in being commissioned or who were up for recertification. To renew certification for Notary Public due to expiration and also for new membership to become Notary Public. The instructor for the Notary Public Certification classes was Legal Counsel of the Office of the Governor Jason Mitchell. Three classes were held at the American Samoa College and the Department of Agriculture Conference Room.  The classes were well attended as described below:
